Refund and Cancellation Policy for Da-as for Life

Return & Refund Policy:

At Da-as for Life, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. To facilitate a seamless experience, we have established the following return and refund policy:

  1. Return Window:

    • We offer a 3-day return policy. This means you have 3 days from the date of delivery to register a return request.
    • The return window will automatically close after 3 days.
  2. How to Initiate a Return:

    • Email us at support@daasforlife.com within 3 working days of delivery.
    • Include your order ID and a clear reason for the return.
    • An unboxing video is mandatory to process your request.
  3. Refund Method:

    • We do not issue cash refunds for any reason.
    • All returns/exchanges are eligible for store credits only.
    • A gift card with unlimited validity will be issued.
    • The cost of reverse shipping (INR 60 per order) will be borne by the customer. This amount will be deducted from the store credit issued after the returned product is received and inspected.

Conditions for Returns:

  1. Damaged or Missing Product:

    • If you receive a damaged product, you must report it within 3 days of delivery.
    • An unboxing video clearly showing the damage is required. This video must include the original packaging, labels, and tags.
    • Only the damaged product(s) will be accepted for return. Products from combo sets or gift boxes cannot be returned individually.
    • Store credits for the damaged product(s) will be issued within 7 days of receiving the return.
    • Insufficient evidence or visible tampering with the package may result in claim rejection.
  2. Dislike of Product:

    • If you dislike a product, you can request a return within 3 days of delivery.
    • The product must be unused and in good condition.
    • Reverse shipping charges of INR 60 will apply.
    • Store credits will be issued within 7 days of receiving the returned product, subject to inspection.
  3. Important Notes:

    • Returns and exchanges are processed at the order level, not on a product-by-product basis.
    • Products purchased during promotional offers, contests, clearance sales, or special schemes cannot be returned or exchanged.
    • Ensure availability for reverse pick-up and respond to calls from the delivery partner. If unavailable, the process may need to be re-initiated, increasing the timeline.
    • Some pin codes may not support reverse pick-up. In such cases, customers may need to arrange for the return via an alternate courier service.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Due to operational constraints, we do not accept order cancellations.
  • We encourage customers to place orders thoughtfully to avoid cancellations.
